Pony Ma is currently the Project Coordinator at Harmony World Building Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience in project management and has been working in New Zealand’s construction industry for nearly a decade. Since joining HW, he has implemented systematic and efficient management of the company’s building materials, tools, and vehicles in accordance with company policies, which has significantly reduced costs. In large-scale projects, he works closely with project managers to support on-site supervision and maintains effective communication with all internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
