Kuo Jia (Jack), is the Founder, Director & CEO of Harmony World Building Ltd.  Jack is a special researcher of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences. As a special guest of the 4th China Scientists Forum, he delivered a report on science and technology projects in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, China. 

 

He came to study in New Zealand in 2006 and has gained diverse work experience in marketing, business management, media reporter, news writer and other occupations. During the booming period of the construction industry in New Zealand, he devoted himself to the construction industry in New Zealand. He started as a carpenter and mastered a lot of practical work experience. 

 

On the basis of combining past experience and knowledge in business management and marketing, he founded Harmony world Building Ltd which has developed into a well-known Chinese construction company with a certain scale in a short time. At the same time, he has actively participated in social activities and charities; therefore, New Zealand's Labour Party highly values him.

 

He also initiated and established the New Zealand Builders Association and New Zealand Building Industry Association. With elites from all walks of life, Jack Jia intends to integrate resources from all over New Zealand and contribute to the development of New Zealand's construction industry and national construction. 

 

His life motto is: The greatest achievement in life is not how much you gain, but how much you give.
