Fang Zhou is currently a Senior Carpenter & Team Leader at Harmony World Building Ltd. Before moving to New Zealand, he successfully operated his own construction company in China, completing multiple large-scale projects. With multi-trade expertise spanning carpentry, plumbing, and welding, Fang brings a rare versatility to his role. His strong leadership skills and practical experience make him an outstanding team leader, driving efficiency and quality across all projects. Known for his ability to solve complex on-site challenges and motivate his crew, he consistently delivers excellent results under demanding conditions.
