Ming Ai Wei (Eason) is a Site Manager & Project Manager at Harmony World Building Ltd. Ming Ai Wei (Eason) has over ten years of experience in residential project management since he started his construction career as a carpenter when he was 16-year-old. He is proficient in three languages - English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Since Eason immigrated to New Zealand in 2002, he has completed a Bachelor of Hospitality Management at AUT and Diploma in Construction Management & Quantity Surveying with high distinction. He takes the position of site manager and project manager at HW.
